Protection Candle Spell Work
Hoodoo protection candles dressed by color and intent — for personal safety, household protection, spiritual defense, and protection work on behalf of someone you love. Worked on the altar in New Orleans with photo proof.
How we work protection
Protection is one of the oldest and most consistent uses of hoodoo. Different situations call for different candle colors, different herbs, and different prayers. Here's how we work it:
Personal protection
For you: at work, in a specific place, during a specific situation. Black-and-white candles are the classic pairing.
Household protection
For a home, apartment, or business. Dressed candles set at the corners, plus a floor wash if needed.
Spiritual protection
Psychic-attack, evil eye, unwanted spirits. Layered with a cleansing bath most times.
Protection for someone else
A child, a partner traveling, a family member in a hard situation. You commission it; we ask about the relationship and read the situation first.
Protection work often runs alongside banishing (get the harm out) and cleansing (clear what's already stuck). Ask when you book — Gina will read whether you need one, two, or all three.
Where to start
Not sure which one fits? Gina will read your situation and tell you honestly.
Custom Hoodoo
Rootwork built around your exact situation, in 10 strength levels.
Return to Sender
A reading, a ritual and a candle to send it back where it came from.
Hotfoot Skull
Make someone pack up and go. A reading on your candle included.
7 Day Candle
A 7-day candle made for your petition, with crystals and a one-card reading.
How it works
Choose your work
Pick the working that fits and check out. There are no long forms before you pay.
Gina gets to work
After you order you tell us the names and details. Gina reads on your situation and works your candle on the altar.
You get photos and your reading
We send photos of your candle before lighting and the finished melt, plus your reading. We never photograph the lit flame, so the energy isn’t trapped.
Most readings are delivered within 24 hours. Need it first? Add Emergency to any order.
